Paste an entire physician worklist, Cerner rounding reports, or Epic notes/results with MRN and name. Worklist patient headers and repeated Cerner report headings separate patients automatically. Otherwise use --- PATIENT --- between patients, or Add to batch (Ctrl/Cmd+Enter). For one patient's dated flowsheet, use that patient's paste box. Copy row names and all date/time headers; empty columns matter. All parsing stays in this tab.
One acknowledgement for the entire list. Review patients with old or unverified timestamps. Compare with the chart and make any manual corrections. Your acknowledgement stays checked while you edit; a new import or newly stale data can require another check.
Values you marked as trended, with no reading dated today. Add today’s number here, or tick “Nothing new today” to clear the reminder until tomorrow. Tracked values are saved in the JSON file, so reopening yesterday’s list brings the reminders back.

Extra results stay off the list until you choose them. Label an unnamed row from the chart, then apply it.
Close this dialog, review old or unverified data and acknowledge the list once, then use “Print / save PDF” and confirm PHI handling.
