Use R to paste a complete 24-hour rounding report and fill the patient's demographics, clinical summary, vitals, I&O, categorized medications, and latest labs. Use L for Cerner Millennium quick text, chart results, labs, or a Vitals / I&O table alone. After each import, the import report names what was filled, what was not mapped, and which recognized labels had no numeric result. Labs use the most recent result. Vitals use the 24-hour max temperature and 36-hour min/max ranges; I&O uses the 24-hour total column. No patient data is transmitted, placed in cookies, or stored by the site. It remains in this browser tab unless you explicitly use Save list file to keep a copy and Open list file to reload it. Treat the file and the printout as PHI.
